News Coverage of Constitutional Budget Amendments
Minnesota newspapers throughout Minnesota are speaking up against proposed constitutional budget amendments that would create more government gridlock, budget gimmicks and cuts to critical services. It would take a majority vote of the Legislature to send any of these dangerous amendments to the November 2012 ballot.
